About Me

My background spans mental health, addictions, forensic/prison, residential treatment, crisis support and community based services. I currently remain in frontline clinical practice, which keeps me connected to the realities and pressures practitioners are navigating in their day to day work.That experience shapes how I supervise. I understand the complexity of clinical work, including risk, boundaries, ethical dilemmas, competing demands and the challenges of working within health and social service systems.My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based and grounded in curiosity and reflection. I value honest conversations and appropriate challenge, while creating a space where you can step back, think through difficult situations and strengthen confidence in your own clinical judgement and practice.

CANCELLATION POLICYYou may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged the full session fee unless due to unforeseen or urgent circumstances.
